I have called two other companies for a problem with my furnace and they couldn't fix it. Fahy's fixed it immediately and I ahven't had a problem since. I think they are wonderful.

We also found them to be late for appointments for our furnace. They never apologized for being late. When they were done we still had problems & had to call someone else because they did not fix our furnace.

We called Fahy's Heating and Cooling out to do some service to our A/C. After over a month and over $1000 in bills, our A/C is working more poorly than ever. Above and beyond that, Fahy's repeatedly did not keep appointments that we booked with them--we have spent over 20 hours waiting for them to come to various appointments. They rarely follow through on promises, the customer is required to call multiple times just to get a response, and the receptionist and owner are both very rude.
