Women beware that they will not take care of you. Dropped off my truck on Saturday so it can be worked on Monday. Aaron Called me on Monday for more info. I had to call on Wednesday to get an update Thursday for an update. I was told that the pictures for the warranty repair was to grainy so they had to resubmit for warranty. I called the warranty company they told me that they had approved the repair mind you I had called and got the answer 20 minute after I had spoke to the service manager Daniel morales. We had an issue with our 2023 Canyon Denali pick up. It was an intermittent issue so made it more difficult to determine the problem. Service representative Luis Delgado stuck right with us until it was diagnosed and fixed. I so appreciated all of his help and understanding. Without his taking ownership of the problem not sure how long it would have taken. We love our truck and service has been great.
