Gerardo got our AC up and running when the other guy couldn't. Fair price, great at explaining the work being done, and a pleasure to work with.
Gerardo and his team continuously give us the best customer service we can ask for from a residential contractor. They are quick to respond, quick to service our furnace and air conditioner, do quality work, leave a clean job site, and are just plainly nice people. Most recently our AC stopped working at 10 pm one evening, and was fixed the next day by noon. Came home from work tonight (Tuesday evening) and air was out...called Gerry at 6:00 pm and he was here by 6:40. Repaired it and was gone by 7:00. Capacitor was under warranty so only a small service charge was required. That is great service and I would highly recommend them.
There are so many things about this company that are amazing that I don't know where to start. Our AC blew during the 90 degree weather and Gerry came out the next day and did a full inspection. He gave us the options and we ended up going with a complete furnace and AC replacement which they were able to do a few days later. 15% over quote with no explanation. Removed my humidifier and threw it away with no explanation. When confronted about both issues I was told first they did extras that he admitted weren’t necessary (didn’t ask for any and wasn’t told of any until confronted), then they had overages (never told of any), then the quote was just an “estimate” then the “estimate” was magically higher than originally quoted, etc. Gerry graciously sent me a “free” humidifier after throwing mine away.
