Id definitely recommend this company. They came out to fix our boiler which was unfortunately beyond repair, but they did make a decent effort to fix it first rather than go straight to recommending a new one. They were all really lovely blokes who understood our situation (having kids and trying to move) and did a really good job for a very reasonable price. Absolutely would use them again.
Great service and very reasonably priced! - We were really pleased by the quick, helpful and informative service we received by Fahrenheit! Our boiler unfortunately broke down leaving me and my family with no heating or hot water, we rang Fahrenheit and they came to the rescue! Couldn't recommend this company enough! When our boiler suddenly started leaking in October, we contacted Fahrenheit after a lack of response from another company. Within 24hrs Karl had come out and gave us our options. Within a week our old boiler and water tank had been removed and replaced with a new combi boiler. Had a new boiler fitted, plus some other jobs. We are very happy with the service provided by Karl, Ivan, Aiden & the team. Great communication, which is huge with such jobs and a real focus on customer service & satisfaction - going out of their way to make sure all the small things were sorted too. Karl even popped round 48 hours later to fix a separate and unrelated issue we had with a rad at no charge. Big recommend from us.
