After hiring Sila for 2 concerns with my AC, they have failed at almost every step of this process. They misdiagnosed what was wrong, they skipped steps in checking my AC systems, they drastically overcharged me for a part I did not need (they charged $378.22 for a part that sells online for around $70), and now they refuse to return my calls and give me a refund. They seem to only have one person on their entire staff that is allowed to process refunds, and I have now left him at least 4 voicemails, each time being promised... read more

If you have a plumbing emergency these are the people to call. Their plumbers will drive to your location like they are Mario Andretti in the Pocono 500. They will cut in front of people, swoop and squat in front of people, speed around cars ignoring possible cross walkers and pedestrians to get to your water emergency. Water won't stop for anyone and neither will Sila heating and air.

Professional and courteously team members, knowledgeable explaining in detail what is wrong and what needs to be done in order to make our heating system more efficient and to work. High price paid for maintenance completed (clean the burner sensor) in 10 minutes by two technicians. As a suggestion in future is to waive diagnosis/team dispatch cost if you agree to have the work done.
