They're the best company that ever know, they help all the people, their goals are make your life better
Extremely unprofessional, they installed a brand new AC unit in one of my relatives home. It is under warranty once winter started it gave out. We've called multiple times, each time they give an appointment they either don't show up or make an excuse as to why they need to reschedule. Now they won't answer our calls. We paid $7k.
Highly recommend them they fix the issues my ac was having due to grants ac no fixing the issue with the pervious owner, now my ac works and can actually feel the air through the vents
Claim opened on June 30th for our air conditioner due to loud clicking noise. Our appointment was on the 1st and the tech said it was a "loose screw" causing the noise. After the initial service, the air conditioner was turned on for a short period of time and the noise was gone. However, that evening the noise began again. My home warranty dispatched this company out on NOVEMBER 22nd. That same day their tech informed me that I needed an inducer motor. He stated that he would submit the report for authorization. I called American Home Shield (My home warranty) at least 15 times for an update. I left several messages with Fahrenheit and spoke to their receptionist to follow up because my home warranty stated they never received the report.
