Wanted to purchase a rimless tornado flush toilet. Staff informed me there is no such thing. I had the information on my phone. Sure they wanted to sell me what they only had in stock. Ended up purchasing one from another place which was exactly what I wanted, a rimless tornado flush.

Absolute joke this shop, called up yesterday to find out if the had a kitchen sink in stock! As it was available on there website! The guy was so rude and said it was too hard to find out! So drive there today, get there at 12.15, sign out the front says open, go up to there door to find a note saying be back at 1.30 took off for awhile came back at 1.40 still locked and no one in sight! Absolute shit show they are running, I really am still surprised they are still running this business! Unbelievable really!
Quality products, helpful customer service. We had a product that was broken on delivery and returned it instantly.
Visited on two occasions now and the service was outstanding both times. It was purely this reason we purchased today as the price was a little more than we wanted to pay. However the product is great and service exceptional. Thanks guys
