I am SO GRATEFUL for this company! I needed my AC serviced, and they were able to come on site the very next day. After accessing it, he determined we needed an entirely new unit. 🤦♀️ The very first thing he asked was if we were still under warranty—I hadn’t even thought about it! Praise the Lord, we purchased extended warranty because our AC unit went out on us literally 20 days past the standard two year. Tim arrived when he said he would and fixed my a/c within 30 minutes. I have not tried it out yet but Tim told me to let him know the outcome. Thank Tim for helping me out with this issue.
