I attended a screening from the Texas KIDNEY Foundation. They told me I needed to see a KIDNEY specialist. I called Dr Zaman's office. JESSICA told me that the referral was not sufficient - I needed to have "doctor notes" for the doctor to review. I told her that every time I expressed concerns about my kidneys to my doctors, they blew me off - so, there are no dr. notes. She kept insisting I needed dr. notes. Dr. Zaman is the kidney doc for both my mother and father. He is kind, caring, and thorough. He treats both of my parents like PEOPLE and not just patients - his professionalism is helpful even with other doctors. When my father was in the hospital I had a problem with another physician and Dr. Zaman helped clear up communications so that we could all get back on track! He is awesome!
