Brutal Experience: 1.) Timing - The office is ALWAYS crowded, patients are literally lined up in the corridor with not enough space/seating especially if any patients have walkers/wheelchairs. 2.) Communication: - They lack the ability to properly communicate with patients calling their office (They NEVER answer the phone and you cannot leave messages). - They also do not respond to referring doctors letters (faxes/mail, etc) when they have questions regarding their patients follow up/medications, etc (Which when addresse... read more
no one answers the phone! I have called three times per day for two weeks and not once has anyone answered the phone.
Been a patient for 24 years, being treated for glaucoma. He also did my cataract surgeries and replaced both lenses. Extremely competent doctor in high demand which is why there is always a wait. He's a specialist so don't be in a rush. The wait is worth it. He's one of the best in his field. Only complaint I have is the difficulty in contacting his office by phone.
Sometimes there is a wait but thier system works well for the number of people they see any given day.
The only doctor I trust with eyes.
