Been a patient for 24 years, being treated for glaucoma. He also did my cataract surgeries and replaced both lenses. Extremely competent doctor in high demand which is why there is always a wait. He's a specialist so don't be in a rush. The wait is worth it. He's one of the best in his field. Only complaint I have is the difficulty in contacting his office by phone.
Sometimes there is a wait but thier system works well for the number of people they see any given day.
The only doctor I trust with eyes.
Brutal experience. I had a 1:30 appointment booked and was told it would be a 3 hour wait once I arrived. I drove an hour to get there, then was asked to wait 3 hours. I obviously said screw it and left. I didn’t plan on spending 5 hours on an eye exam. This is something that should have been stated when the appointment was booked. The hallway was full of people and so was the waiting room. There were elderly people in walkers without a seat for THREE plus hours. That’s insane. Shameful.
