Brutal experience. I had a 1:30 appointment booked and was told it would be a 3 hour wait once I arrived. I drove an hour to get there, then was asked to wait 3 hours. I obviously said screw it and left. I didn’t plan on spending 5 hours on an eye exam. This is something that should have been stated when the appointment was booked. The hallway was full of people and so was the waiting room. There were elderly people in walkers without a seat for THREE plus hours. That’s insane. Shameful.
Seems like an appointment mill..always overscheduled. Unable to reach anyone to cancel my appointment, can't even leave a message!
I showed up for my appt at 11:15 today Jan 9th and you're not here. I guess you decided to come in late like you're receptionist said even though I expressed I couldn't reschedule and she said that's fine we will keep you're appt. So I'm here doc. I am very thankful to have such a friendly and competent doctor. The long wait is because he is in high demand. The staff is also very competent and friendly.
