Just wanted to give these guys a little late review and say thank you! Very knowledgeable prompt, on time, friendly and affordable! We had great experiences with Fahey’s earlier this year. We are Toyota family. Glad these people are near. Happy holidays guys thanks for everything!
We get all of our auto repair and maintenance done here. They are friendly, honest, and reasonably priced. On more than one occasion they have saved me money on what could have been more costly repairs. Work is done quickly and correctly and they are great at communicating with the customer. Highly recommend.
Fast , efficient, friendly and fair pricing. Everyone is family @ Fahey’s. John, and the entire staff made my visit today the best experience I’ve had at an automotive shop in my entire life . On my way to Asheville in July, 2024, my 2018 Subaru Forester started making a noise that sounded wrong. I was so fortunate to discover Fahey’s Repair shop in Franklin! The owner took time to ride with me and locate the problem…the shop that did my pre trip service the week before had used a bolt that broke loose, allowing brake fluid to leak out and making a big mess under my left front tire. If I could rate this shop 10 stars I would. The Family who runs the business are the most wonderful People you could ever meet. They were professional and so helpful. They actually stayed past closing waiting for my part, and installed it immediately. The cost was a third of what the dealership wanted, and they took me immediately, the dealership was a 2 week wait. I am so grateful for Fahey, and will tell everyone!!
