My mom is there now but thank god she is leaving tomorrow to a better place. they let her sit at the dinner table in her own feces and urine. thank god my brother got there and demanded them to wash her and dress her in clean clothes.
staff just let them sit around dont that them out side makes them wait forever to even get in the bed
Understaffed and underfunded. It seems that our parents lives do have a price, and it’s minimum wage. 🖕
I spent four visits got no results they were very cold and uninviting made no attempt to reschedule our contact name for the cream visits, they had no idea what they were doing I don't know how they could ever be in business was such a bad reception!
