My first year with Fahel and Co was fine, I found them to be responsive and reactive. This changed entirely when we submitted to end our lease after nearly two years with them as we planned to move elsewhere. Not only did it take them over two weeks to reply to our inquiries relating to this whole process (fyi their website stated a 3 day delay) but now that we've moved out they're trying to extort money from us by claiming damages caused by smoke. This company started out fine but then, after staying at one of their apartments for a year they would take multiple weeks so even answer a service request. Then, lo and behold, when we move out thez accused us of damaging the walls due to smoke (my wife and I dont smoke). The damage was caused from previous tenants but, as they were too lazy to do their due diligence, they never took care of the place.
