The room is great. Easy move-in process, Axel was really helpful with all the initial process and debriefing the residence details. Their response back is slow on the phone call but other than that everything is great.
They scam money out of vulnerable students. Both me and several of my roomates are currently filing with the Landlord and Tenant Board over stolen money and refusal to return it. Massive company that doesn't care about it's tenants or properties. Lot of people also report theft and they will do nothing about it. stay away guys
Had a great experience viewing an apartment at Carlton West, largely thanks to Adrianna. She was warm, knowledgeable, and patient with all our questions. As a family of 3, we had a long list of practical concerns, and she walked us through everything without ever making us feel rushed. She was upfront about pricing and availability, which made the whole visit feel transparent and low-pressure. Highly recommend asking for Adrianna if you’re touring this building she made the process easy.
The apartment tour given by Adriana was exceptional. She was so patient in answering all my questions and gave me various options to choose from. On the whole, the apartment showing well done.
We had such a great experience working with our leasing agent, Joey, throughout our leasing process! From the beginning, he was incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient with all of our questions. We also had a great tour of the buildings, and Joey was very friendly and knowledgeable throughout. We were working with a very tight move-in timeline, and he really went out of his way to help make everything work for us. The building itself is very nice, and we love the amenities. I would definitely recommend Fahel & Co.
