I never left review on anything and this is my first time ever. I am disappointed with the condition and the overall experience. The room was not ready as expected, and the level of customer service and communication throughout the process has not met my expectations. Take 3-4 days to respond to you and nobody gives you a good answer.
I have never had such a great experience as working with Adrianna. She has been extremely helpful and attentive, and ensures everything is taken care of during this process. No matter how big or small, she answers every question thoroughly and has made me feel confident and worry-free as someone new to the leasing process. I can’t wait to move in thanks to her help.
Joey Legault provided a really good experience for us. He was hands on and proactive with answering questions, following up, and making sure all of our needs were met throughout the lease process. Highly recommend.
