I wish it was possible to rate “0 stars”. I rarely ever write a review but this has gone too far. I suffer from chronic migraines. I have been taking a certain medication over the last year that prevents them and it has worked very successfully. Every so often my insurance company requires a Prior Authorization for this medication and it is ALWAYS an issue with this doctor’s office.
