I had the pleasure of speaking with Alail on the phone today regarding some installation and specification. He was able to answer all of my questions swiftly and with reassurance. They have the rudest customer service, our dish washer is under warranty and the first time they said they will give us the number to contact with the local company to fix it, they came here changed 800$ then left, didn’t fix anything. The second time I called, a rude woman pick up the phone said she couldn’t find the serial number registered. Don’t even bothering to buy anything from this company!
