Good customer service
Took my car to a 'local' chain store for oil change and tire rotation and left there with $1300 estimate for new tie rods and exhaust gasket. Took my car to Fagnano's today for second opinion to find out tie rods are totally fine and minor exhaust repairs needed for maybe a couple hundred dollars. Also found that my tires hadn't been rotated in quite some time (the only 'free' service the chain store does) and tire pressure was wrong causing damage to the tires. I went in and one guy it's only in the shop and hes so rude that's why he shop empty . I turn around I go to the another shop🤯🤯🤯
