I have a lovely story to share. I visited Faggs to buy a small step to help my wife enter our caravan. They didn't have a step so we discussed where my best option was to buy one. Then Jules looked at me and said "we could make you one". Jules and her co-worker got some wood, cut it to size and screwed it together. They gave it to me free, how good is that!!
