Disappointed. I keep trying to get appointments during a reaction so someone can diagnose me; they’re all booked and then I can’t get diagnosed once I’m in because you have to be in the middle of a reaction to her this diagnosis. I tried to explain my concern to the front office and she said she doesn’t know how to help. I wish there was someone who could help me..
I would highly recommend this office. Wait time was a minimum. The office staff was pleasant & knowledgeable. Setting up appt. was quick & easy. Dr. listens.
Went to several Dr's before I found Dr Faggard they all could not figure out what was wrong with me. It took him one blood test and he found out, thank God. I wasn't to impressed at our first appt. But I know he gets many patients that complain about pain and such, I knew to give him a 2nd chance. He found I have Lupus & arthritis, he started me on meds. My life is so much better. I agree Dr. Faggard is good and his nurse is great but the ladies who handle the phones and paperwork could be nicer!
