Richard Fagan and his team installed a 14x28 in ground pool on our property in early 2022. The work and service were outstanding from start to finish. We received multiple quotes from local pool installers before choosing Fagan Pools , and I’m glad we made the right decision. Yes, he can be hard to get in touch with because Richard runs his business by himself and does Most of the work himself. We are new to the area and just bought a house. We knew we wanted an in ground pool so I did a lot of research and visited quite a few pool companies before making my choice to go with Fagan Custom Pools. His price was within everyone else. Mr. Fagan came to our house on time everyday. He was first one here and last one to leave.. He explained every process of the installation all the way to the maintenance of the pool.
