I would leave 0.if I could. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE OWNERS ANGELA AND HUSBAND. POOL GUY BROKE MY DADS WATERHOSE TWICE DID NOT REPLACE. HAD TO CALL OFFICE SEVERAL TIMES BECAUSE POOL WAS NOT CLEANED..AND DUE TO A LEAK THEY LIED ABOUT REPAIRING WATER BILL HAS BEEN RIDICULOUS. NOT TO MENTION POOL MAN LEFT GATE OPEN ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND LET MY YORKIE OUT 3 TIMES.IF IT WOULD HAVE NOT CAME HOME I WOULD HAVE SUED..USE MR.POOL ..MR POOL .MR POOL

I've been using Fagan Pools for almost a year now and couldn't be happier. My weekly service guy is great, and they've been very reasonably priced with the numerous repairs I've needed since purchasing this home. I first called them a week before I moved in, and they made sure that I would have everything ready to jump in once I arrived from out of state.
