Greetings. I wanted to let you know that I've had another pool company look at my pool and they have CONFIRMED that Wilder NEVER put any chemicals in my pool and never checked the system. That's why my pool is yellowing and in the state it is in. I have complained to you all on all occasions and you NEVER tried to correct the problem. Slow. The guy dont know how to back wash. They never put any chemicals in the pool and water turned yellow after he left. The guy dont know how to properly clean a pool. The guy just simply lazy and didnt care of owners request. Never calling Fagan again.
