Rear seat belt on my Mazda would not retract , took it into Fagan Mazda , they contacted Mazda and they replaced it no charge . Well done and thanks to all
Fantastic Service by Tom, Rebecca and team. Tom was outstanding to deal with and made the whole process so easy. From start to finish he was a great communicator and went above and beyond to ensure a excellent customer service, Needless to say although I live in Auckland, travelling to the Wairarapa to deal with Tom was a no brainer.
