Have attempted to contact Dr.Bowens office over 300 time between the hours 9-330pm except for their 11/2 lunch with zero success ,the msg States that they are experiencing high call volumes due to covid protocol yet calling from time of opening till close and not getting through is extremely unacceptable,will have to revert to an after hours clinic for a bandaid solution smfh
This is quite possibly the worst doctors office around its impossible to get seen and you have to chase them to get any of your results back, and even then its a pain. i'm pregnant and waiting for about a week for my bloodwork results. Same with had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. Would not recommend this doctors office to anyone
Best Dr this side of Kawartha's. He prolonged my life. A Doctor who knows much much more then, at least the other two Doctor's who didn't diagnose my Chronic illness. He really seems like a Doctor who gives a damn! Highly recommended.
