We inspected the vehicle and concluded that several parts needed to be repaired—such as the shock absorbers and suspension—in order to achieve a proper alignment. I happened to get a flat tire right by their shop while I was showing a house (I'm a realtor). I thought it was really inconvenient to get a flat between showing houses, but super convenient I got the flat in front of a tire shop and right off of Fifth Ave! The guys were able to quickly put my doughnut on the car so I could keep showing which I was very thankful for. Then I came back afterwards and they gave me two used tires for only $100.
