We had bought your 4x20 solar panel over 32 years ago. It is still in use today. Along the way we have had to fix with a few plugs. It still looks in great shape. All original parts are still in use. Fafco is a company that stands behind its products and services. I purchased solar panels for my pool approximately 6 years ago and recently experienced several leaks which apparently were due to a possible manufacturing defect. After supplying Fafco with some basic information they replaced the panels at no charge, labor excluded. I feel this was more than fair given the age of the panels. Thank you Fafco!!!
Fafco solar pool heating system is great. I have it for almost 10 years and whenever I need support, customer service is there to help. Rest assure you will have a peace of mind if something happens, they make it easier for even big warranty related issues.
