I use to really love this place but over the past four months I have yet to have a good experience in their store. First I bought a new incense burner and asked the lady working if I needed the down burners for it to work properly because I thought it did. She reassured me I don’t need them and it works with any cone incense. I got home to confirm that wasn’t true and had to go back to get the right incense. Bad business. Not open during posted hours and declined call multiple times when I tried to contact them. Horrible service.
What a GREAT apothecary!! Been to many apothecaries across the country & this one is top rated. Very helpful and friendly employees. The "Sleep Tea," is amazing. May a Smile Pass Your Way
