My wife and I had Bee install all new windows in our house three years ago. We’ve noticed better temps in the house since they were installed. Easy to use, easy to clean. I had a question about a piece on the window. They came out the same day and fixed the issue! They stand behind their work! Great customer service!
Bee Window installed 7 new porch windows and completed a gutter repair on my home. The window installation work was done well and I was happy with the quality of the completed work. Unfortunately, the gutter repair was not completed as discussed with the salesperson. I was told the entire side of gutters would be replaced so everything matched, but only the damaged section was repaired. What has been most disappointing is the lack of follow-up afterward. The windows are good, however, for the price I paid, I have some criticisms/concerns I would like to share. Firstly, the representative that came to measure the windows suggested that the crew assigned would build a framing system style similar to that of the rest of the house. There was not really framing work to begin with, so I was excited to see this completed. Yesterday the Martinez crew installed 12 windows at my home in northern Indiana. They were efficient, hard working, and quite particular. They picked up all the mess. Friendly guys who care about the quality of their work. All windows work perfectly!!
We recently had Bee windows replace all the windows in our home and are very happy with the great job John Brown and his son did on installation . They both were friendly and answered any questions or concerns we had. Would definitely recommend them
