I received the very best customer service from Mario on 2 occasions. He took the time to fully explain and demonstrate the espresso machine (E8) that I purchased. He is very knowledgeable and patient. Patrick is also great to deal with. Overall my experience was excellent and would not hesitate to recommend this location.

I just purchased a Jura J8 from Patrick and Mario here at Faema (Hamilton). I have to say this was such a fantastic purchase experience. Patrick took me through the machine with great explanation and Mario helped me finalize my decision. Thank you both very much I am very happy with my machine as well as the customer service. You have a customer for life and I highly recommend you to everyone who has one of my delicious brews. Thanks again guys, you were FANTASTIC !!!!

Great experience had at the Hamilton location from both Mario and Patrick. We bought a Jura S8 and I’m new to the coffee world however both Mario and Patrick took the time to explain the machine thoroughly. They also demonstrated how to use it to get the most out of it, by far the best experience we have had from a store. We will definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!

I had an absurd experience when I went to return substandard product. My experience may have been different if the gentleman Mario had been available, but my luck was dealing with the guy with two brain cells. In a nutshell, I went to try their brands of beans, and I've been thinking of buying a Jura machine. I am not daunted by the $4000 price tags. I'm wealthy. I thought I'd start with their beans.
