Wow the person I spoke to was rude and seemed to be happy at the fact that I wasted a lot of time with Faema today. One location said open and was closed, this location I went to was not carrying what I was looking for despite it being a regular item and their website saying they had them.
Disappointing experience with Faema Canada. I ordered a Jura - E8 - Certified Factory Refurbished Coffee machine online which was $2,300 (says it was in stock on website). It's been 5 days since the order and I hadn't heard anything on shipping or delivery so I sent them an email, only to get a call saying they didn't have that machine in stock, only a silver one which I did not order. The guy on the phone also wouldn't connect with me with whoever is responsible for giving me a refund, so now I'm waiting in limbo and not su... read more
Usually when an item is ‘final sale’ a company most likely is trying to clear its inventory or sell it at a heavily discounted price— which was neither the case for the capresso milk frother. Upon plugging it in, the buttons would indicate a light to show its on. But it was broken before we had the chance to use it. We now have a faulty product that we are unable to return or replace. (We have also emailed the company, which is still buffering. I would not trust this company or the showroom that carries it either)
Completely awesome experience. Went in to look at the showroom and ended up being welcome by the owner and the pizza chefs for coffee, beer and pizza. They were so kind and open.
