This review is regarding purchasing spare parts for a Rocket machine. I called and spoke with a Rocket tech who answered all of my questions. He set me up with the correct replacement part given the symptoms I was having. The part was shipped out the same day and I received it next day. I just installed the part and it's even better than the stock version. From first phonecall to fixed in about 24 hours! Prices were fair, too. Thanks Faema!
I had a very disappointing experience purchasing a Rocket Appartamento TCA through Faema. The machine arrived damaged and never worked from the start. For a product in this price range, this is completely unacceptable. When buying a premium espresso machine, you expect proper quality control, inspection before shipping, and a smooth resolution if something goes wrong. Took my espresso machine in today as there was an issue with the grinder. The master tech inspected it right away and fixed it! I couldn't believe it. I left with my machine fully working. Great service, great knowledge. Thank you!
From the moment I called to inquire about the different Jura coffee makers, Doina was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our Jura E8 was ready before we left.
