I bought Jura x8 for my cafe after talking to the sales rep who convinced me it’s one of the best automatic machines on the market. It started breaking after just one year of a mild use (right after one year warranty was over). The technicians keep changing one thing after another, not letting me know how much their every step is, and even though I don’t agree with their solutions.
