Did a few search through in Ottawa through Redfin and wanted to see some condos in downtown Ottawa. Fady was prompt in responding and went out of his way to show us a few other condos within our price range. No pressure and helped us over the course of 4 months to find a condo within our price range and the area we wanted. Since we are in Toronto, it was nice having a relator who knows the downtown Ottawa market and is able to conduct search on our behalf. Professional and Fady went out of his way to help us get a good deal.

He always managed to show us every house when we wanted and on extremely short notice. Even after everything was done he came to the rescue when the lawyer gave us the wrong code to the lockbox, in minutes.
