He doesn’t deserve the 1 star. From a clerical standpoint this doctor is incompetent. He put my wife on FMLA 3/19/26. Her employer requested paperwork to be completed and was allowed 14 business days to be submitted. As of 4/24/26 And after numerous conversations and messages left with several different people at this office, My wife is still waiting on her paperwork to be completed by this doctor. Don’t waste your time with this guy.

While my visit with the physician was over Teladoc (virtual healthcare service) I was disappointed with the bedside manner and dismissive behavior with my needs. His disinterest and condescending attitude was inappropriate and unnecessary. I had mentioned to him what medication I not longer take, as it does not work for my medical reason, and Dr. Chokr wrote in a prescription for this medication,m. This defeated the purpose of my call.
