Update 4 months later: Still not paid and no communication from Fading West. ---- Despite several messages sent to Accounts Payable (with out replies) and Finance, no payments have been made for invoices over a year past due for initial install and over 90 days past due fixing factory deficiencies so they could acquire Certificate of Occupancy so they could "get funded and pay balance"

They lost the prices of $175 sq foot , so 1600 sq ft is $280,000, then they say it will cost $70 a sq door in site to assemble so that's another $112,000 so not including other expenses like transportation etc, you are at $392,000 and they claim it's cheaper than buying a normal house.....Hard pass forever
