Dr. Kayali is a caring, kind, thorough doctor. He takes the time to explain your condition, address any concerns, and answer any questions you might have. The office staff are friendly and efficient. I also never have to wait long for my appointments. Overall great experience with Dr. Kayali and the office.
Sorry to say, Dr. Kayali is almost never around. Either he's out of town, in a conference, etc. Last time my colleague did finally see him, she waited for almost 2 hours, and saw him for 5 minutes! The doctor's assistants always have to excuse his absence. Not acceptable!!
