Made an appointment today and was seen at my appointment time which is very rare. Dr. Karou took his time with me, listened and was kind. I would definitely recommend him.

Unfortunately my low Rating is based on the unprofessionalism of the staff and services that might be out of Dr Karou’s hands or he’s unaware of how his staffs responsibilities,Dr Karou is excellent Dr but the rest of his front office staff and so called the phlebotomist which has 45 yrs of experience according to her is barbaric.Took my 85 elderly mom in today for a stress test that the Dr insisted on her having even though I was against it and I voiced my opinion to the Dr but he said she needed to have it done..My mom tak... read more
