Went in for the first time today. At first I was concerned because they appeared really busy. Immediately I was welcomed and told that it wouldn’t be long. Before I could complete signing in Charity was standing in front of me and directed me to a chair. I needed a beard trim and she was spot on !! She made sure she understood what I wanted and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire time. The attention to detail was very impressive and the hot towels were so relaxing. I’m definitely going back! Thanks
