I had the best experience here. I got the deluxe haircut and beard trim package and it was more than worth it. I went in there with some messed up hair, wondering if she was going to be able to do anything with it. I came out of there looking better than I had in years! The products she used were awesome smelling, the straight razor shave was gentle and comfortable. My wife loves my new look, and that is the most important thing. Polly earned herself a customer as I’ll continue to get my hair cut by her.
I had a scheduled appointment and showed up on time. Another stylist at the shop told me the barber had already gone home for the day—without letting me know. When I texted her to check in, her response was basically, “lol, I’m not waiting.” No apology, no reschedule—just blatant indifference. This felt like payback for being late once in the past. This woman has a PHD in Fadeology.. Seriously though. Soft spoken, professional AND surgical with the clippers! Customer for life.
