Scheduled an appointment the day before, I showed up the day of the appointment but the shop was closed. I called and texted multiple times, wait for a half hour incase she was later, well noone showed. No follow-up. She maybe good, I wouldn't know. I'm sure I'll get a customer service reply on this, but no thanks. Book with her during the store hours... my advice.
