A hometown builder Lake county for years
We hired Faden Builders to construct a seawall and new boathouse for us in Tavares, FL. We are VERY happy with all aspects of both projects. Todd and his crew are extremely experienced and very professional. Both projects were completed on time and within the budget without any "surprises". Faden builders completed building a dock for me march 2015. They charged me $47,000 for it. I noticed in the last year some instability in the structure. as of 10/11/21 the dock is unsafe to walk as all the middle supporting wood is rotten. I contacted the company and owner Todd Faden who returned my call on 10/13/21, stating there is nothing he will do. He refused to even come look at it. Just had Faden Builders refurbish our dock, and we are very pleased. We bought the house in 2019. As Faden was the original dock builder 15+ years ago, they were the perfect choice for the refresh. Philip came over and gave us an honest estimate and assessment of any cosmetic wear. The dock crew, Steven and Bucky were talented, professional, and truly cared about the quality and craftsmanship of their work.
