I'm giving 1 star only because 0 stars isn't an option. We showed up for our appointment and the shop was closed, with no call or message to cancel. I've tried reaching out to the owner multiple times and haven't heard back at all. Being completely ghosted like this is really disappointing, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
The website shows shop still open, I made reservation.Entered my card information as required to have appointment. This was my son’s first time getting a haircut at a salon, he is almost 3. Karynda did an absolutely amazing job! She was so patient with him and made him feel so comfortable. He got to watch a couple videos on her tv and he loved the big red car he got to sit in during the haircut. He has some special needs, but she was so patient and kind! His hair turned out perfect and it was just overall a fantastic experience!
Karynda has cut both of my sons hair a few times (ages 2 & 4) and every time we have been more than happy with their haircuts. Both of them are a little nervous about getting their haircut but every time Karynda has helped them feel at ease and relaxed. She even has a cut firetruck for them to sit in during their haircut.
Karynda has been cutting my sons hair for over 10 years. Wherever she goes we follow or we wait. I roll him in his wheelchair stroller and she cuts his hair right in it with his harness on. She's the only person I will take him too. When we walk in her door all her attention is on my son Aj and he adores her. She has alot of experience with special needs kids.
