Came in about a week ago to get a haircut. Very clean shop, owner was attentive to everyone that came In. Randy has great customer service skills he was able to execute my haircut with no issues
He does not know how to do this job. He quickly cut my hair and sent me away immediately. He didn't even want to give me my change. Answer for your reply: Yes, you can't see my appointment because I came walking in after leaving the gym. Also, instead of protecting your barbers who don't know anything, focus on how to apologize to the customer or solve their problem. Is the solution to have a haircut again to someone who can't cut hair properly?

I brought my son for his first haircut and I loved how it came out thanks to Lazaro. Definitely will be coming back.
