Hello I previously booked here many times with Osvaldo and will never again, this is because the wait time is extremely horrible, I booked an appointment for 4:00 and did not get cut until 5. I was told a bunch of excuses such as “ I have to eat” and that he is running late, after the hour wait I was put with someone else, the Haircut I got was really nice, but the wait time is horrible and that place do not give enough respect to your time and money.
