I made an appointment on Booksy with Mike. It charged me half the cost of the haircut upfront. When I showed up they informed me that Mike had passed away and they couldn't do anything about what was already paid so I was just out that money and had to pay the full amount for the barber that did the work. They need to get that fixed. The place had a good vibe. A barbers apprentice did the cut and it was decent but the trip was ruined by the lack of concern for the money paid.

The atmosphere is great and there's a basketball court which is cool. However, we paid $45 plus a $10 tip for no customer service and a half assed hair cut from a barber who didn't seem interested in cutting my friends hair. It's actually extremely disappointing because this was his first time at a barber shop and he walked out the fade wasn't even done all the way.
