I arrived on August 9, 2024 at 4pm and took a seat to wait for an haircut. Associate stated do you have an appointment after waited for an hour and it was 5pm closing time. Stated no and was trying get a haircut done. She said appointment only and since it’s 5 we are closed. Waited an hour for nothing and she could’ve said something when I step in.
