Apparently to busy with life to fully run a business. I've heard of the quality of work done here. Requested afternoon appointments for FULL work done on TWO of my vehicles and was turned down by the business owner because he is too busy with his personal life. May I suggest advertising you're part time/adjusting your ACTUAL BUSINESS HOURS on line to real shop hours (closed at noon). Or.... since he can't fit his clients into his personal schedule, just give it up.
