Came here today for the first time. There's pay for street parking. I had a lady cut my hair, unfortunately she couldn't speak any English so I had to show her pictures of what I wanted as it was hard to communicate. She did take her time and was detailed. But everything she was asking during the haircut I couldn't understand. The haircut was allegedly $20, I gave $40 expecting change back to tip with, but she pocketed the $40 thinking it was a 100% tip. The service was great, but I dont think it was 100% tip worthy.
