Had 3:40 pm booked on Tuesday through the app. Randomly cancelled by them and changed to day after. No phone number to call to see why it happened. Allowed rebook for same time on Tuesday and when arrived told my appointment was completely gone. 1 star
Sign says it closes at 7pm on Saturday -came in at 430pm on a Saturday and they told me no more haircuts.
