We have been sending our son to Remi for almost two years and his professionalism, advice, and cutting skills are incredible! He is someone I lean on for expertise and provides a high level of service for our family. I thank Remi for everything he does for us to support our son. UPDATE: 2/10/24 Spoke to the owner who was professional and kind. He wanted to try to salvage the cut but my husband declined. The owner refunded my husband the cost of the cut. I appreciate how this was handled and will move my one star to two. I’m happy that this was resolved. Had a terrible experience! I did not get my hair cut here but my husband did. I recently moved to Illinois and needed a cut for my wedding event and Anthony, Ant on Booksy, took me on short notice. However, I showed him a photo of what I was looking for and he felt defensive as I was noticing the cut not turning out the way I wanted. He later began to try to disrespect me by asking if “I have been to a barber before” and making it seem like his customers can’t provide feedback. The barber was great. They had a DJ. The music was fire. My son loved it. He is 21. He found a new place to go.
