I had a disappointing experience. When I arrived, I wasn’t acknowledged for a couple of minutes, even after making eye contact and asking for a haircut. After asking again, I was told to wait. The haircut itself did not meet expectations—it felt like the stylist lacked experience. While there was a slight language barrier, communication was still manageable. I truly had a wonderful experience with Harry. I got Hair Nanoplasty done and the results were incredible. Harry is extremely professional and is extremely punctual. I really appreciate that my entire appointment was finished within 2 hours.
