Friendly, professional, and a clean cut! Highly recommended!
If you would like to be serviced by a friendly person, who treats people nicely and fairly- then this is definitely NOT the place for you. If you have masochistic tendencies, then you may those needs met, as Ron can be verbally abusive- depending on his mood. I witnessed as he was cursing at a customer who was patiently waiting for his turn for over an hour l, and he let others who came in after him being serviced before him. Long waits here.. I witnessed the owner Ron crashing out and being flat out rude to another customer for no good reason and refusing to cut his hair. afterl the guy waited over an hour. He was cursing at him and told him to leave, and the guy was nothing but polite. There may have been a misunderstanding, but there was no excuse for that behavior. I saw enough and left as well, and will be going elsewhere from now on
I’ve been coming to Fade City for over 10 years now and I will never go anywhere else. Ron is my barber and not only is he amazing at his job but has the best customer service that I’ve ever witnessed at a barber shop. I have witnessed his stay late and come in early for clients, and he is the most cordial and courteous barber (next to my Mom when I was younger, of course ).
Ron is the man.. I'm very happy with the results. It's a very relaxed atmosphere...
